Freedom Club USA

Hello all!!

It has come to my attention that there is a website out there that is promising to help people get out of debt. If you purchase something called an "AR", Administrative Remedy, some kind of way this company promises large returns on any type of unsecured debt. The company has been around for a little over 4 yrs. Seems like they have a good track record as far as time on the internet is concerned. However, there are some people that have been apart of this company and are pretty pissed. They are pissed because they say that Freedom Club USA also referred to as FCUSA, has taken money as much as $30,000 from some members and has not done anything that they say they can. They have been telling members the same story about where the funds are for 4 years now. Some members have died (of natural causes) while waiting for FCUSA to do what they say they can do. I will ask some people to come and post on this blog about their experiences with this company.

3,131 comments:

  1. I am a single mom and I joined this hoax about 2 years ago. I joined and paid them $1800 to do an AR process for me. They promised me that they could do this process and I would get a percentage of the total amount. The reason that I would get a percentage is because I was able to purchase a full pay AR process from them. A full pay process is OVER $3000. When I signed up FCUSA consultants told me that the entire AR process would take 90 calendar days to complete. That was 2 years ago. I have not gotten any money from them. They have something called member calls on Tuesdays. This is when ONLY members can call in and listen to the calls. I have listened to a few and I have yet to be surprised. They never give any definite information as far as when funds will be given out. They are always having some type of issue that requires more and more time for them to fix. I have been listening to excuses from FCUSA for 2 years now. I am tired of it. If they can not do the service that they are taking money for, then they should stop accepting money. But we all know that wont happen. People are greedy and as along as new people keep paying $3000 for 1 process, then this will continue. I would also like to note that there is no limit to how many processes FCUSA says that you can do at 1 time. FCUSA will "do" as many processes as you give them money for. I would hope that people stop giving them money until they can produce some type of results. Until I get money in my hand, I will refer to them as Fraud Club USA.

  2. This is a scam. All they are doing is taking your 'membership dues' and then suckering you into purchasing an 'AR'. Think about what they say they are doing - they say that any loan that you take out is 'illegal'. There is nothing illegal about you taking out a car loan from a bank, the bank charges you interest on the loan until you pay it off.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

They are collecting $3,000+ from everyone that they sucker and they are returning NOTHING!!! They fill your mind with thoughts of becoming a millionaire overnight. IF SOMETHING SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE - IT IS!!!

They have been running this SCAM for 5 YEARS NOW!

  3. I am angry too. I was told by other members if you complain too much you are kicked out of the club and the club keeps the money.
If people would not call in to the referral call, maybe, just maybe that would put a stop to the newbie’s. Times are hard and people are looking for a way out. The FCUSA club uses reverse psychology, especially with the economy to lure people in. Has any one asked how the "AR" money is divided? The club protects itself because you are not asked to do anything, that's the strategy knowing human nature if money is involved. Yes, I was a fool too, that's why I am on this blog. I suppose every time one of them take a trip we are paying for their vacations. Does it pay to be honest? I guess, not my pockets are always empty but I feel better about myself.

Is Tom from the funny farm? I don't get it! Some of the calls sounds like the twilight zone. I feel like a fool trying to convince others to come in to this program when I am living from paycheck to paycheck and all that crazy mumbo jumbo crap.

    God Bless us ALL.

  7. Stay Away! This is your typical scam. They take the money and pump people up. Promise, Lie, delay, lie, delay, threat, lie, delay some more, and then finally disapear! There will ba a day when the calls stop abrubtly. The only plans they have are how to escape and when.
Anyone who invested should consider their money as gone. Get together and begin filing law suits. Shut them down now. Your investment is gone and you likely won't get anything back but you can end this con game now. There is no happy ending here.

  9. Tom is a "PSYCO", everyone in this program needs to start with the Georgia AG and FBI, the Texas AG is suing the credit card slution for far less of a SCAM than this one.

  10. Just for the benefit of doubt, perhaps they really thought they could pull this off. After the latest disappointing turn, I am going down the path that there is no way to pull this off and get funding. We seem to spend a few months getting everything ready to do a particular method, only to have something come up and they have to redo it another way. Here we are, July almost gone and it really looks like nothing will happen this year again. I only had enough patience up to July and here we are, still waiting. It is very disappointing, but its time to face reality.
Do Not join and certainly, DO NOT PAY for any of their services. It has only been a big dream so far.

  11. Freedom Club USA (FCUSA) is a scam. I have been reading post after post of people that have been waiting years for their AR to be processed. All I read about is where the company keeps coming up with one novel lie after another as to why they aren't able to cash anyone's AR! No one has gotten their cash, even though shills keep claiming they've gotten money, they have nothing to prove it.

If you go to their website, they have mumbo-jumbo as to why your debt can get converted to a cash amount many times greater than the debt.

  12. Those that control the money in the world will not give it up. All the education available to the members of FCUSA is great, but in practical terms, it is worthless because there has not been a way to CLAIM what is supposed to be ours. Every program and method attempted has failed and we can see that FCUSA is no different. We can all dream up some reason why we should be compensated by the System, but no matter what we do or how loud we yell, we'll never receive money from that System. The ride with FCUSA is designed for those that are in desperate financial situations, looking for a way out, no matter how crazy it might sound. The fact that the website has tons of information about Governments and how money is created, does not do anything for us; it is some truth blended in for the sake of continuing with the never ending PROCESS. We are no closer to funding now, than when I joined over 3 years ago. At that time I was told Funding was around the corner and I needed to get all my papers and payment ready to go before funding happened. A new obstacle came up a few weeks ago and now they are working on a new solution. I suspect this will take a few months and before we know it,the end of the year will be here again and still no Funding!

  13. It was reported on Monday’s FCUSA prospecting
call to be alert for an awakening on this planet toward the end of July. Unless I’m confused with reading of the Mayan Calendar and received mixed signals “esoterically”, I believe www.firethegrid.com is what was being made reference to. A unifying energy day planned on July 28th. No, this day earmarked for positive energy flow does not mean a solution for the FCUSA funding dilemma. This event maybe geared toward the FCUSA members who are more in tuned to the QE side of FCUSA. I hate to sound like a self-centered S.O.B., I’ll undoubtedly be focusing my energy on the financial side of life and hopefully be in a better position to "pay-it-forward" as much as I can afford to. “caveat emptor” (let the buyer beware)

  14. After 2&1/2 years of promises, promises, promises; I have always been a bit guarded in wondering just what the truth really is.
So, they are either one of the most elaborate scammers ever, or they are really doing something that has never been done before.
One thing is for sure," they will have to face consequences for their actions whether good or bad!" And that you can be sure of!

  15. I am sick of the waiting. I am embarrassed to mention this club because it seems so much like a scam. Recruiting people in these meetings to get money to pay their bills for the month. Note: “We never ask anyone to do anything or buy anything.” But they use psychology especially during these hard times to lure people in with false promises.
Money is tight and I AM NOT GOING TO LIE AND SAY IT IS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY. IT IS! We need it to survive and to help others survive too.
Many are frustrated and don't believe anything these people have to say. Did you ever wonder whose money Tom is spending to take these elabotate trips? :-)

  18. I cannot believe that some people on scam.com and this site still say things like "Maybe when" or "It's likely a scam". To all who want to continue to have the slightest bit of hope: There will be NO FUNDING. Your investment is gone. You will not win law suits either. These people are slicker than you think. You are not in their plans. They will soon disapear and be beamed up to their space traveling vehicle. They will be moving on to another world in our galaxy and begin this scam again. They are smart. They are not from this world. They are too far advanced to comprehend. You cannot win. You will receive yur funding soon. If everyone would take a turn on each call to actually call THEM out yo can actually help shut them down. Do be afraid because they may take you with them when they move on. You will be their slave for eternity. I'm not kidding...I was once a traveler with them and I'm not allowed to mention their real names. I'm taking a chance because they could track me down. They have more power than you can imagine. Your funding is coming soon. Hang in there.

  20. I just did this math exercise and never realized how profitable it would be to sell an idea, a hope to some desperate souls out there.( I was one of those)
In this example I figured 4 people, let's call them George, Tom, Judy and Joanne. Using an average SALARY of $50,000 a year, it would be a total of $200,000 a year.
How many ARs do we need to sell during the year?
200,000/3000=66.6 or 67 ARs during the whole year.(This would be a rough estimate, since the consultants also make some money for the work they do, but are not in the driver's seat)
I would imagine that more than 67 are being sold and this is probably the reason for the big push on the referrer program.
Let's also remember that there are always 1 or 2 major announcements during the year, that funding is RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER and this always generates excitement and new people always join and get ARs.(Thats how I was signed up, because I was told over 2 years ago, "funding is right around the corner")
I can see now, what the business model is and has been for the last several years.

    ReplyDelete
  21. I think I'll sign up fifty people for the meeting and tell them it really is a scam, but I will make $500.00 for every ten that sign up for the news-letter. That should pay a few bills for the next month.
Do you think my commission will be delayed if no one joins??????????

Lets get another Victory celebration going, back to ATLANTIS guys!

    Yeah!

  24. I was decieved by this group nearly 3 years ago. I purchased an AR at a time when I thought these AR's were real judgements, and of course they were touting back then funding was right around the corner. 3 years later, its still around the corner.

In these 3 years, I have yet to see solid proof of any sort of funding architecture, most likely because its not there.

    ReplyDelete
  25. You are correct, I joined over 2 years ago during a hurry up and come in period just like now. They are good sales people because people believe their lies..
More desperate people were excited and joining up last night. The calender date has to be set for the RED LIGHT! why not just turn it on. Because they need new people to keep the club running and money in their hands.
I cannot make plans or prepare for anything worthwhile if I wait on these people to fund. They are Good SCAM Artists! I could rip off their heads if ever I meet them. If they fund the money cannot make up for the misery we have gone thru waiting and hoping and listening to their LIES!

  26. This issue of being able to plan your finances is a real one. If funding is truly right around the corner, or happening soon, wouldn't you plan your retirement, major purchases, savings patterns, investments, etc., differently than if no such funding were coming? If FCUSA really doesn't know when (or even if) funding is happening, then why tell everyone that it will happen soon? How do they know? I don't consider 3, 4, or 5 years to be "soon" by any measure. The FCUSA program seems very one sided, because they refuse to adhere to a time table, but for anyone to get in, they must stick to a very strict time table. Your money must be recieved within 7 days of an AR order, or it will be rejected and must be re-submitted. They say that the "interim" funding will be great for those who are destitute and can't pay their rent, or perhaps can't afford food. I'm always amused by that comment because anyone who can't afford food or housing would have been kicked out into the cold/starved to death years ago. So much for helping out the ones who aren't quite making it. Consider this a lesson on the real benevolent attitude of FCUSA, although, they seem to have lots of great ideas for you and how you can spend your funding if it should ever occur. I wonder how long "suck-up Bill" will get on the calls and say that there will only be possibly one more call before funding. Maybe after a year or two the light will go on for him too. The idea that this bunch seems to really like to travel is interesting. The vacations prevail, but poor Joanne gets to do her canned call in order to capture any unsuspecting newbies that they can. She diverts any tough calls to the "member" call, but hey, they're all on vacation, and there is no member call. Gee, that's convenient, isn't it. They claim to be working hard during this time off, but there's never a news break about any progress or (gasp) results occuring during such time off with all this "hard" work. What's worse is that when they return to the regular call schedule, there will typically be no significant news to report. We hear about Judi's travels to Austrailia, and Tom's attendance at these "esoteric" conventions. That ought to qualify as "club" business, huh? The results indicate the level of effectiveness of all this time off. NONE! OK. So Joanne diverts the tough calls to Tuesday night, but then, if there is a call, they like to get a speaker and take only questions pertaining to the speaker's topic, and not any other questions, "club" or otherwise. One common response is to "contact your consultant". Anyone who has listened to some of the calls could tell you that there are a few consultants that seem pretty knowledgeable, and there are plenty who have little idea what they're talking about. Another thing that's interesting is that there still seems to be little thought put into phase II. When phase I ends (funding starts) then phase II will begin, but there are still no details about phase II other than it won't pay as much as phase I. That may be a clue as to how close funding really is. It seems we have plenty of time (maybe forever). Feel the energy? Feel the excitement? See the empty wallet?

there is nothing stopping them from taking the funds they recieve on your behalf and sending it to you.

Most likely they do the paperwork for you, and when they see the amount your lawfully owed...they keep it.

research everything yourself and do the paperwork yourself.

  30. Hello all-
The "other" site is apparently having a problem with their server, so for the time being, we'll have to make this our new home. The calls this week (6/21,22/10) were some real dandies. Tom came up with his "we didn't cause your problems" crap again. No, he didn't cause our problems, but he is selling a solution, and not delivering. He's not delivering on any other of his "pillars of freedom", either. For example, Tom likes to talk of energy freedom. Fine. Does he run his car on water? Why not? He says we have the technology, and, after all, he is the founder of this fine club. Well, OK. What about financial freedom. Hmmmmmm. Even Tom himself won't answer questions about when that will ever happen. Health freedom? Well, FCUSA is supposedly behind because George has been ill. Hmmmmmmm. I guess he better seek the services of a real doctor, huh? Personal freedom. Hmmmmmmm. Do you feel like you have any more liberty as the result of belonging to Freedom Club? The "benevolence" pillar is alive and well. They will be glad to help direct your funds to help those in need (according to FCUSA). The truth of the matter is that the longer they take, the needier we become. I wish to discuss this "benevolence" issue just a bit. I have no problem helping out anyone that I deem worthy of such help. I don't like helping lazy leeches, however. By simply purchasing goods and services, you would be contributing toward the paycheck of any person willing to work for a living who is employed by the company you are dealing with. Is it so bad to help those who are willing to help themselves? Another way to "help" people, is, if FCUSA does actually start funding, wouldn't it, at that time, be helpful to become a referrer and get those in need, into phase II? I have an issue with sending money to foreign countries that hate us (but take all the cash they can get). There are things in the world that can be fixed, and others that are better just left alone. Getting back to funding, I'd say like many others, to not spend money on FCUSA unless you're a high risk gambler, and understand that nobody has seen funding yet, and you may not, either. Just watching.

  31. People joining FCUSA now are the pioneers because it hasn't paid yet, but mark my words, once this stats paying out everybody will be joining Phase 2 which will be paying out a lot less. You can be sure of that. Also there will be no education required as it is at this time. Most people in this are getting a great education which in itself is worth the cost of the AR. Putting something down like this is like laughing at Edison or any other inventor that turned out to become great. I know that all is well with FCUSA and all is on target. didn't you know that things like this take time? Have a nice day!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Hello all-
I don't know that the FCUSA members are pioneers, but you could make the argument that Tom and George are pioneers. I'm sure that, yes, once FCUSA actually has something to sell, say, a working process, I would imagine that there will be a tidal wave of new members, regardless of the smaller payouts. Even the smaller payouts would go a long way to enhance someone's life if they choose to be responsible with it. Whether or not the education is worth the price of an AR is irrelevant because an AR purchase has nothing to do with access to any/all of FCUSA's educational materials. As far as laughing at Edison, or Nikola Tesla for that matter, well, if those individuals charged money and promised huge returns, then didn't deliver, well, I wouldn't be laughing, but maybe looking for their butt! All is well with FCUSA? I imagine it is! The new memberships are still rolling in. Are they on target? How do you know? Care to share? We never seem to be able to learn anything about funding on the calls. Oh, and as a member for years and years, there's nobody that knows any better than me that "things like this take time", even if Tom and all of his "directors" always say that funding is happening "soon" and oh, it'll happen, it's just around the corner. Obviously there's been a new definition for the word "soon" because there have been members who have actually died waiting for this "soon" payout. Just around the corner must have a new meaning too, or that must be one huge corner. Have a safe and fun 4th of July, just watching.

  33. Well Green light means funding! Somewhere in the process of red (not yet), yellow (almost) came orange (stupid, you!)
When it sounds too good to be true, it is.
The ONLY people benefiting from Freedom Club are Tom, Joanne, Judy and whoever else is taking folks money. This really is all about you, well all about you, your money and stupidity. Don't feel bad, I had high hopes for awhile. But that was when they were waiting for a password, no a key, no a meeting, no someone from the treasury to sign the check, no someone from IRS to approve everything, no the judge to demand the President to give the password, hand them the key right after the meeting with the Pope inwhich the entire staff from IRS and the Treasury would attend and Oprah! She must be there.

  34. Hey, you forgot M.A.P. Member appreciation. Another countdown. Another silver program, bronze program....tin program. Anything to make it seem like something is actually happening, when it doesn't seem to be.
And now, after the latest countdown...which ended at midnight last night, the website is completly missing.
    Wow. What a surprise.

    ReplyDelete
  35. "Most people in this are getting a great education which in itself is worth the cost of the AR" I disagree with this. What you learn by reading their site is freely offered in many other sites. In my case -and the case of many others, I believed- I have learned nothing new from them. Something I would like to learn, should they teach it, how to get funded...that is! And I paid them good money for it many years ago.
They are not pioneers at getting funded. Some individuals or small groups of people in the past were able to be funded. But they never advertised nor decided to heavily recruit others for financial gains as this people from Freedom Club USA.These small groups believed in privacy and reserve, and no open confrontation. That is why only a few hear from them.

Yes..we are "pioneers"-this is a beautiful word. But....Not every one wants to be a pioneer!... Not me, certainly! No one told me that I would be a "pioneer"..they always talked like if they knew what they were doing.

I badly need the money, granted. My means are almost non existent but what really bothers me the most about this people, even more than their non compliance is their lack of honesty, their hypocrisy... Always saying and saying and repeating..."it is not all about the money"...Yet, always offering financial incentives to their greedy or desperate referrers...and it is not all about the money! Give me a break.

They imply that they know what they are doing...never told any member to be that they needed us to fund their efforts....always pretending they knew the hows better than us...If I knew this before hand, years ago, I would not be in this position.... I never wanted to be a pioneer, and I would have preferred to fund my own education and try to get my funding myself.

They act like a religion, you are to believe what they say, you are to trust them...no explanations, no real updates, no clarifications...blind faith..that is all they want.

    And yet, they might fund...

And I am not shy to show my honesty, at least to have some basic honesty... I paid my AR for the money...and of course, to use is as I please. And I am not lacking ideas to help others. I do not need their arrogant patronizing....I resent it... I resent these control freaks... I resent my role as an involuntary pioneer....

  37. I think that the principals are working diligently to make this happen - the thing is there is no guarantee and there have been many road blocks to success. I am a member and don't believe it's a scam but frankly, I wished I'd waited until/to see if it funds.

  38. Well, folks, we've survived another (the 6th) Cashless Christmas. Only one thing counts, and that's results. We've gotten the same results that we've come to expect from FCUSA. They say that they will fund before the victory celebration, and that is supposed to happen, according to FCUSA, next year (2011). Funding would appear to be slated for this winter or spring, but we've seen this before, and "wolf" has been cried too many times for me to get too excited yet. They want everyone to set up entities to accept the funding, but the strategies seem to evolve as time goes on. I think one would be wise to wait until the latest strategies are brought out so you don't end up doing things twice. Who knows, we may never see funding. Tom's prediction of funding may be just as accurate as the dissolvement of the IRS by February. OK, it's not February yet, but I don't see them packing up anything, and Feb. is only a month away. My highly accurate bullshit-O-meter says that we should figure on paying our income tax this year. The bullshit-O-meter also disagrees with the notion that some of the people you may encounter are actually holograms. That would take a mighty fancy projector, huh? Ah, then there's the lizard people. I wonder if Tom figures that there are any normal people that live here? By the time they figure out how to fund, the Mayan calandar will have ended, and we will no longer need money, and, so, there will be no reason for them to fund, right? We'll just have to listen in on another one of the information packed great calls starting in January. Don't forget to "pass" on the Kool-Aid. just watching.

I wish I could give you all back your money, I have seen people loose a lot more than this and it breaks my heart, count yourselves lucky its only 3 grand... you can recover. now please ! go on with your lives and don't let them take that too. turn off your computer and go sit with your loved ones, talk, laugh and love... its the only free ride your going to get... and its worth every penny...

  41. I was invited to the call monday night by a woman I know named Bonnie this week. The moderator of the call was a gentleman named Tom that Bonnie says is the founder.

I didn't know what to think listening to the call, as this is the first time I've heard alot of this information. It wasn't until the last half of the call that "Tom" specifically said that everyone has a strawman account at the US Dept of Commerce, and that your Social Security Number (SSN) is the account number.

Now, I personally know David Goodman the director of the Ohio Dept of Commerce, I've been to his house know his family and he knows me. So I sent him an email after the call to ask him about this strawman account and SSN issue, and he said he didn't know anything about it, but would look into it.

He sent me a follow up email tonight saying that the US Dept of Commerce does not have any such database, especially a Social Security account number with unlimited funds, and that he encourages everyone to contact the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

If you guys above were looking for solid, irrefutable proof that this program is a fraud, you just got it.

  42. These postings are from people who have never studied the UCC, Admiralty Law, the Federal Reserve and the history of banking. These processes have been around many years, and usually only the well anointed ones (high political office etc.) have access to the remedy available and set by Congress. The everyday Joe has little opportunity nor access to these behind the scenes remedies that make up for the fraudulent banking practices promulgated by the Fed. Someone posted thatit is not illegal to borrow money to buy a car...what they are missing is that they never really borrowed money...it just appears that way. If everyone understood how the system really worked, there would be a revolution. FCUSA it would appear has endured many steps and twists and turns to find the way to get a process completed under Admiralty Law. I tried on my own a few years ago, and was unsuccessful. Kudos to their efforts to bring this to fruition for many deserving people.

  45. To the poster above talking about the strawman account and the Dept of Commerce: Tom used to say the strawman account was located at the Treasury, now it appears to have moved to the Dept of Commerce. For someone who claims to have all these connections in the system, he cant seem to keep his story straight.

Oh and by the way, the Federal Reserve isn't being absorbed by the Treasury, and the IRS isn't going anywhere. That is just rederick circulating inside the New Age circles, but its not true.

  46. I just went to the website of Freedom Club USA and after listening to his videos... All I can say is.. What?? I started Googling his site and came across this site. Now I am so angry.
Why is no one in prison for this? I started reading posts from 2009? They have been at this for 5 yrs??
Somebody, Please, start a website where all of you who were taken for your hard earned cash can unite. They can't get away with this. Get a law suit going amongst yourselves.
You know, It's too bad. He sounded like a sweet old man. He needs to live the rest of his retirement years locked up and alone. All of them do.
Take a stand! Just 1 of you can get the ball rolling! If I had been taken I would be the first to do this! You, Be the first! You can do it!
I wish you all the best and I am so sorry there are so many wicked and down right evil people in this world. Let them have their just rewards!

  47. A long time friend (who is a member of FCUSA) told me about Freedom Club USA and that the payout is around the corner. She said that since joining 3yrs ago, no money has been paid out because the secret code had to be figured out. This secret code is hidden in the 1939 version of the “Wizard of Oz” and it took the founder and another guy, six years to finally figured out this secret code that the US Treasury needs to release the money. Now, all this seems a bit far fetched to me but I know my friend , she is a PROGRAM JUNKIE and none of the programs she has joined has never paid out. She also mentioned that FCUSA is sponsoring a free cruise for all it’s members when the US Treasury Dept. gives the green light for releasing the money and that suppose to be happening within a few months. Sounds like another SCAM folks.

  48. Do not look for any funding soon or ever. The club has a new promotional idea to lure newbies in and collect more up-front money. We created a money hungry MONSTER.

  49. I am excited with all the New developments at FCUSA. I believe that funding of the AR's will be acomplished.

  50. Hello all-
I too would love to believe that funding will happen, and within a reasonable time frame, meaning sometime before summer. The trouble is that Tom has cried "wolf" enough times that he has no credibility whatsoever. He comes up with this stuff about the IRS being dissolved by February. Hmmmmm. February has come and gone, but the IRS is alive and well. They keep saying that funding will happen "soon", but they never define the word "soon" so the rest of us know what they're talking about. I for one, am convinced that they don't even know what they're talking about, or we would have seen results long before now. They keep pushing for newbies. That is very puzzling to me if funding is really so close, especially considering the onslaught of business that would come their way after funding starts. Not only that, but under the "bronze" program, an AR that will yeild millions of dollars will only bring the process paying member, possibly 100k. The payout could be a little more or less depending on what the AR is for, and the amounts are still subject to change, but we're in the neighborhood. The rest will essentially be stolen by FCUSA and go towards ????? Soooo, again, why the big push for newbies? Could it be that maybe the funding isn't quite as "close" as they'd have us believe? It's very easy to smell a rat here. Another clue could be the guest speaker a couple of weeks ago who specializes in stopping forclosures. Hmmmmmmm. Should we be needing a service like that? Anyone we know could join FCUSA and get funding "soon" and pay off their mortgage, right? Otherwise there's always the "bonus buddy" program where we could help out someone in that situation by essentially giving them 100K. The truth is that the interim funding, if and when it ever arrives, isn't going to do any good for anyone in an emergency situation, because by the time that interim funding comes, the "emergency" will have passed, or a financial disaster such as a forclosure or bankruptcy will have occurred. (continued on the next post)

  51. FCUSA definitely lacks transparency, professionalism, and performance. We don't hear last names, addresses, or phone numbers, although, they have ours. What kind of business is that? Any legitimate business would be glad to provide information besides a mail drop, or email address. Keep in mind that to close the doors, all they have to do is close the mail drop, and pull the plug on their website, and poof! they're gone, and you can't call them to ask what happened. With the lack of any meaningful funding information, it's no wonder that there are some hostile posts on some of these sites. I'm amused by callers who compliment Tom on all he's done. What, specifically, has he done? Had some conversations with Nikola Tesla? Conversed esoterically with the Iluminati? And what are the forthcoming results? Yeah, I know, a dead hang. Just like our trip to The Atlantis resort, Hawaii, Ireland, oops, that one got changed to a secret undisclosed location to prevent members from calling the resort and discovering that they never heard of FCUSA like Atlantis. Still think they're going to fund? I wouldn't quit your job just yet, just watching.

  52. Mr. Goodman at the Ohio Dept of Commerce cannot say anything. Don't you get it? The Strawman or the Corporate Fiction is no myth. It is kept a secret from us although the information is out there if you seek it. Do you think the Federal Reserve is not owned by wealthy bankers in Europe who jealously control us through the Federal Reserve Banking Act of 1913? Do some research before blasting the FCUSA. They have been at this for almost 7 years. If they can pull it off, it will be a first. All the organizations I have ever known or been involved with fell apart after 1 to 3 years. All the complaints that have already been made to various branches of government...and yet they still keep pushing on. Power to them.

    ReplyDelete
  53. To continue...The Federal Reserve provided us the new flat money (Federal Reserve Notes) amounted to "bills for that which was yet to be paid," i.e. for what was owed! For the new "benefit" of being able to carry around U.S. Government debt instruments (Federal Reserve Notes) in our wallets instead of Gold Certificates or Silver Certificates, we agreed to redeem the newly issued Federal Reserve Notes in gold and also to pay interest for their use in gold ONLY! Essentially, the Fed issued paper with pretty green ink on it and we agreed to give them gold in exchange for the "privilege" of using it. Such was the bargain to pay for our debts to them from our bankruptcy.

Through paying interest to the Federal Reserve Corporation in gold, the US Treasury became progressively depleted of its gold. America's gold certificates, coin, and bullion were continually shipped off to the coffers of various European Banks and Power Elite. In 1933, when the Treasury was drained and the debt was larger than ever (a financial condition known as "insolvency"), President Roosevelt proclaimed the bankruptcy of the United States. Every 14th Amendment "citizen of the United States" was pledged as an asset to finance the Chapter 11 re-organization expenses and pay interest in perpetuity to the CREDITORS (Federal Reserve Bankers) and the "national debt", ("which shall not be questioned"). We became known as Strawmen, or corporate fictions. All was operated under the UCC and we were chattel to the system.

  54. Soooo, what has any of that got to do with FCUSA stating that funding is just around the corner for years now, then instead of the other side of the corner, we just see non-performance. A real bargain for anywhere from $1,250 to $3,300, huh? It doesn't matter that others have failed. FCUSA hasn't succeeded yet, either. The fact that one member has 96 processes in doesn't matter either. I have no idea why Joanne even mentions such an item. All Tom's Star Trek junk doesn't matter either, but it creeps into many Tuesday calls. One thing does count, and that's results. There aren't any, and if you could put the shoes of the member, or customer, on your feet, you may understand the current level of frustration. FCUSA makes it impossible to plan anything financial because funding would open up the door to a whole different level of lifestyle. If funding is really a ways off, they should be honest and say that, and stop leading people on to something that isn't happening, just watching.

  55. Hello all-
Monday starts a new month with no funding in sight. Winter was just around the corner, then spring was just around the corner, now summer is just around the corner. Funding, according to FCUSA is always just around the corner, but obviously, it is a corner unlike any that I've ever seen before. Month after month passes with no results. People get in hoping to save their home from repossession, but all FCUSA can do is to refer the member to another business that may, for a fee, be able to stall or maybe halt a forclosure. FCUSA has, all along, implied that funding will come soon and you will be able to live well and also be in the position to help others. Joanne tries to speak using examples of what a lot of money can do. It is to the point that it sounds really cheap and corny bacause, first of all, it is such a blatant obvious appeal to one's sense of greed, then there is the issue of the lack of any funds whatsoever. The whole thing is simply an illusion. When you factor in the activities that include communication/direction from dead people, communication/direction from the Galactics, and observations from the Mayan calandar, which even according to Tom, indicates that things are moving at a greatly accelerated pace, but apparently funding is excluded from these forces. As such, I see no reason why Tom continually brings up such nonsense, especially on a member call, when he should be showing us strategies and flow charts of ways to manage all these funds we don't have. I have to laugh at the pillars of freedom. Financial freedom? Well, we sure don't have that, do we. Energy freedom? Oh, you mean those generators that don't require any fuel, that can power your whole house? Who has one of those? Has the club done a single thing to get their members one of those? Do they actually really even exist? Have you ever seen one actually power a house? Does Tom himself have a car that runs on water? I doubt it. Benevolence? Without funding, there can only be a very limited amount of benevolence, and most of the members themselves are the ones in need, or they wouldn't be members. Asset protection. Well, there are some good ideas on what to do with funds if you ever get them. Who knows, you may win a lottery, then you'll know how to stash the cash so the financial predators don't get you. This is the first, best, and most real benefit of the club that I have personally observed. Personal freedom, well, as a member of FCUSA we are all just as much of a slave to the "system" as we were before becoming a member. We are still governed by the government, like it or not. Health freedom? What has FCUSA done to give it's members health freedom? You have the freedom to go to who you want, to take what supplements you want, engage in "alternetive" medicine, I don't see that any of that has anything to do with FCUSA. Oh, well, maybe next month, or next year, or perhaps in my next life, huh? Just watching.

  56. Hello all-
Another month has passed with all the non-performance that we have come to expect from FCUSA. They have and are currently doing a lot of sabre rattling, but that's about it. They are now bragging about having over 5000 members, but remember, that's about what Ken Titus had when the Feds shut down Redwood Trust. Tom says that much is going on. He has always said that, and yet, we see no results. Tom continually makes reference to what the "Galactics" are doing, and the assistance that FCUSA recieves from Nikola Tesla, who has been dead for a long time. This may explain why we have seen no results so far. If this is the kind of communication that goes on during a "vacation" week, then it's easy to understand why there is rarely anything significant to report on the calls the week after a "vacation". If things were going so smoothly and we are sooooo close, then I wouldn't be writing this post, a full month after my last post. I would like to see Tom define the word "close" and the phrase "just around the corner" sometime just so we have some idea what he is talking about because right now, the membership is totally clueless and is just taking everything Tom says on faith. You don't want to take the word of someone who outwardly exhibits traits of one who is a few flowers short of a bouquet. Just watching.

It is all so "non-chalante" If this were just 8 weeks or less to funding why is no one more excited on the calls? it is seems mostly a giggle-fest of hu-hu-huh..what are you going to do with all that money...come'on. The most interesting thing I have heard latley is how aperson has 6 processes and directing all Bonus Buddy funds to his brother-big deal. There is an endless list of possible delays that can be delt out..8 weeks from now---or less..or more...alot more.

Whaere are the facts? The signed documents they are always sending in and waiting for back? It used to say on the sight something like "great strides have been taken to secure funding this week" When really it was..Great strides have been taken to secure envelopes to send in some paper work" or pens to sign the contracts..or stamps to put on the envelopes... What ever... Nothing is new here, just a feeling from muscle testing.. or a couple of muscle relaxers and a few "High-balls" No contracts.. No signatures, No agreements...No new pens..just a "feeling" Time for a "Red-light Challenge" --just like on TV we'll go double --Or Nothing- Lets see what happens in 7 weeks.

  59. we were told by our consultant that all we had to do was sign up for the newsletter and we would receive 100,000. In fact=== they originally told us it was repayment for the last scam we signed up for. We were told that the other "pay it forward" plan we had spent money on was in court ordered settlement to pay EVERY member 100,000. then, low and behold when it comes to putting in the required information I am taken to FCUSA website and am signing up for a newsletter.... I am also shown where my consultant is on the front page of the website as one of their top earners. Seriously though--- his name isn't exactly specific. I started typing in google searches and found my way here. Thank you!!!! You have all confirmed what I thought may be true. ;)

  60. I'm confused. If there is "all this funding" available, then why are there FCUSA gold, silver, and bronze members? Why do "gold" members get more money from their loans (for example - a $25K car loan) when I had a $200K home loan? Why is the amount of FCUSA payoff based on "who signed up first?" Either the money is there and it is accessible, or it isn't. Shouldn't the payoffs (if they are, in fact, based on some kind of loophole in the law) be based on the amount of monetary "damages" one suffered as a result of having to pay PMI and having to pay more years' worth of interest on a higher loan? And...yes, I may have "funded my own loans" (home, car, credit cards) through a "strawman" account (which may or may not exist - it doesn't really matter), but I actually *recieved* goods and services (an actual home, an actual car, actual food & clothing) from those "loans," so why should I be receiving tons of money back just because I "funded my own original loans?" If anything, I think I should get some of the interest (and PMI) back, but to be paid a million dollars for each loan I ever took out simply *because* it was based on a strawman account? I worry that, if this "funding" ever actually does come through and if 5000 members each get approximately $6M+ (that's $30 billion) what kind of new financial crisis might we be facing?

    ReplyDelete
  61. I'll try to help you out. Tom's expressed reason for having different plans is because the early ones that accepted more risk deserve more rewards. All AR's will pay the same, but the "extra" leftover settlement funds from the silver and bronze programs will supposedly be directed to a fund to be dispersed for humanitarian reasons. As far as who gets paid first, well, if I had the job of making the desision, I would pay based on who submitted their AR first, but what's the difference. If they actually get this going, there will only be a week or two from the beginning of the line to the end, so I personally don't see it as an issue. Your point of adding 30 billion to the economy is also a non-issue. The country is over 14 trillion in debt. 30 billion is parking meter change. You are apparently a silver member. Yes, the gold members will be paid more, but that option is not open to you at this time. Do the best with what you have to work with. If you feel like risking another $950, then do a "B1" process before red lite, which will buy you an "unlimited" ticket so you can do as many processes as you like in the future at the "silver program" payout rate. If you're not into gambling (this IS atill a very high risk venture), then sit tight and get into the bronze program after funding starts. You'll still be able to get enough money to make yourself financially comfortable and not have to accept the risk, just watching.

there the first to say if you cant do it you shouldn't do it.a sure thing gets less moo-la
6 years ago when the thing first started you got a lot more of the pie i understand the premise i got mixed feelings but all i had to do is pony up. as far as tough times isn't the clubs fault they say there close lets let them do there thing then after its done every one that wants a sure thing can do it anyone that dose not want anything to do with freedom club has that freedom sounds about right...right?

  63. p.s.
as far as what the problem is lye's with our own government miss spending ,corruption ,blatant disdain for our system and plain old lust for power and there is a second part to the problem, us as a people namely we stand there and a whole lot of things happen that is just dismissed, as too hard or don't know what to do or those that want to do something end up starting something that cant get traction to accomplish or get paid off by the powers that made this mess in the first place it will take good men and women with an eye on the targeted out come and determination to see it Thur till it exacts the change sought.
Yes it will take numbers of both peoples & money every thing dose, this is what FCUSA is about yes every one needs to make ends meet
and there working on that but that isn't the main objective its a goal ya got to get the ball and make the 10 yard line after the AR's
or what ever it ends up being we still have 90 yards to go to the successful reuniting of the people to the republic today as it stands we don't deserve a republic

When I came across Fraud Club USA, I saw something behind the curtain. Information about The Federal Reserve, fiat currency, money as debt, present-day man-made Economic duress were known to me long before. And what I saw behind the curtain was a package. They packed all this information to bamboozle and lie to people.

At first, I was told what "you are about to learn will not cost me a cent." And I made this statement become true as I saw through their lies and did not sign up period. I care for people and their financial education so why should I charge money to the said people who are already in debt??

  66. now I find out that they are going to ask for social security numbers for the AR processes. Maybe they will actually fund a small amount to everyone just to get their numbers. This is getting to be a serious scam if the funding actually goes through. FBI really needs to step in before it might be too late. any comments on this?

    ReplyDelete
  67. My understanding is that S.S. numbers are needed by the entity issuing the "master accounts" for members. Tom assured us on one of the calls that the S.S. number information was held privately and would not be revealed to anyone. At this point in time, we have about 18 days to wait and see if this is going to get to fruition. I for one have no intention to rock the boat at this time. If Tom doesn't produce by 8/8/2011, you will probably see all hell break loose on this and other sites. Things weren't too pretty when the "guess the funding date" contest failed, and it'll be worse this time, because there are more members. Sooooo, be patient until 8/8, then we can all say Tick-Tick-Tick-Tick-Tick-Time is up!!!! Just watching.

  68. 2.5 more weeks to funding...This "Count-down" seems to be just a version of the 5TH anual "Guess the funding date" from September-October 2007. When the "Red Light" hits "we are Funding" is what has always and is still said. That would mean that 1 AR has to be completed to fuel all the interm funding for members, though I have heard nothing but..."we dont know how long it will take to fund the members as we have never done this before" OK , but how long to fund just ONE member, the first one, how long to have that One paid? The vibe being put-out-there seems to be right away, but the wording of answers and statments leave it way open ended.. Yes the dynamics of paying all members may take some unknown time but how long, after Red Lite, to pay the first One? This will be the key issue to myself-and I believe others- If the days-weeks-and months go by with just more talk of "we are close" and "almosst there" along with 'things are really poppin' in the back office' and of corse the popular " Hold on it's going to be a wild ride" and the slight variation..."Fasten your seat-belts it's going to be a wild ride" then there may be a problem...with Tom, he loves these "countdowns". I have never heard of or seen a "Countdown" intervention, but maybe there should be one,or maybe a Special edition of "My strange addiction" dealing with countdown compulsion on the A&E channel, especially if this one has the result of the last few count-downs. When the expressed result doesnt come through then another progame or promotion-an exciting one- comes in to take the heat off the last one and we are on the roller coaster....once more. 2.5 weeks... I believe this is the real deal this time.

    ReplyDelete
  69. From what I got out of the calls this week, I don't think Tom knows exactly how funding will be processed by the club. Interim funds could be processed first, and payments could then be done almost immediately after red light. The other way is to set up the LLC's and master accounts, then process interim funds and the first AR's of members. That would create a line that would take more time to get through, but it would be more thorough and ultimately be easier for the club to process. The only fear that I have is that red light may go on without the first AR actually being completed. I am amused that Missouri, the "show me" state, is the one that they chose for the LLC's. Tom has cried "wolf" too many times for me to get excited until I see some performance. All we really have so far is posturing, sabre rattling, and, per Tom, No guarantees!! 17 days. Tick-Tick-Tick-Tick-Tick, just watching.

  70. Why do "referrers" get $40K extra on their payouts? Isn't $1M per AR enough?!? Or...is this bonus reward just a way to play on people's current financial crisis and/or their greed?

I did the math. There are at LEAST 1000 members (probably 5x that), but using 1000: $300 membership fee PER YEAR = $300,000 (per year...for at least the last 4 years) = $1,200,000. Add to that an average of 3 ARs per person (some pay for 6 ARs, some pay for 1 or 2, so I'll be conservative and say 3 per person): That's 3000 ARs at $3000 per AR = $9,000,000. $9M + $1.2M = $10.2M that FCUSA has collected in the last 4 years, and that's being *conservative.*

If "Tom" is smart, he'll have put a lot of that money into CD's and when members start to get serious about legal action, he'll kick them out of the club and, at the same time, he'll use the INTEREST from those CD's to give members *partial payouts* so that members CAN claim success! Their testimonials will verify that they actually recieved money! This "good faith payout" will start a huge influx of NEW MEMBERS (Are you listening, "Tom?"), which will possibly earn FCUSA even more money than they spent on the "good faith payouts!"

Will you be one of the lucky original "gold members" who gets paid $10K? Will you turn around and re-invest that right back into FCUSA for more ARs? Is the hope of $3M enough, or are you going to go for $6M + another $40K for each new member you refer?

    ReplyDelete
  71. >> If Tom doesn't produce by 8/8/2011, you will probably see all hell break loose on this and other sites.<<

Really?!?! You think so? This is an addiction, and there have been so many times in the last 7 years when payout was "right around the corner," and each time it didn't happen, nothing happened.

No hell will break loose. Tom is taking no risk whatsoever by creating a "red light date" that won't produce any results. None of his past claims have produced any results, yet new members keep signing up every day, funding his and the other founding members' homes, cars, and vacations.

All FCUSA needs is a good psychologist on staff to come up with new ways to feed people's addiction and to renew their hope beyond all logical reason. Studies show that when a cult leader predicts a huge change of any kind (wonderful or disasterous), and the change DOESN'T come, it only ^increases^ the believers' faith in his next prediction. Anyone who questions his new prediction after the first one didn't come true - those people get banised from the cult. I'm not saying FCUSA is a cult. I just see a dangerously close parallel.

  72. I'm sure the 40K for the greedy referrers is just like hyping up the victory celebration and the associated contests for very expensive prizes, and also the down-playing of the bronze program payouts. It is all designed to appeal to one's sense of greed. If I remember properly, Tom attended the University of Wisconsin and was studying psychology. You did have that one nailed down pretty close, but you missed a few other points. Tom has made it very clear that no annual fees will be collected until after funding. Are you a member? Have you paid any more than the initial $300 membership fee? No, you didn't! You also underestimate Tom. He may be an overpowering control freak, but he isn't stupid. Using money from fees paid to pay out AR's or even partial AR's would make FCUSA a ponzi scheme and, as such, subject to prosecution as such. The fee money is either spent, or in other entities that a Philadelphia lawyer could never find. As far as "all hell breaking loose", have you reasd any old posts on "Scams"? For a while, even I wouldn't write a post over there because it was way too hot. It took a long time to cool off after that "guess the funding date" contest and then the failure of the victory celebration. If you missed all of that, you were seriously inattentive. Just watching.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Thanks for the info on what officially makes a "ponzi scheme." I've never been involved in money-making "ventures" (i.e. scams) such as this, and I agree that Tom isn't stupid. He's made millions and knows how to avoid all liability AND how to "psyche" new people into giving him more money, regardless of all the "scam info" sites out there.

I'm new to the research. I only heard about FCUSA a few weeks ago from a friend who has stopped "living" and is focusing only on "future, wishful" plans based on this f-u-n-d-i-n-g. (Her choice, I know. It's a separate issue, but it's what got my research started.)

OK...FCUSA doesn't continue collecing annual membership fees from people who paid the initial $300. I never said I was a long-time member of FCUSA, but I still stand corrected. Subtract $1M from that incredibly conservative $10M, and he still has made in excess of $9M in the last 4 years alone.

    >>seriously inattentive<< I'll accept responsibility for this, too. I had researched many sites in the last few weeks, including "scams.com" but (inattentively) only saw 5 posts on the home page, not realizing those were long ^strings^ of posts. (Again...I'm new to this FCUSA subject.) I have since read 18 pages of posts on scams.com, and after much laughter (laughing with the people posting about the insanely ^ridiculous^ weekly calls), I actually cried at the frustration and anger of so many other people. Can you tell me WHEN the "guess the funding" debaucle happened so I can find it within the 54 pages of posts on scams.com?

    >>all hell breaking loose on this and other sites<< - Also true. In my frustration (for my friend), I forgot to remember the part about "on this and OTHER SITES." I guess there's a deeper part of me that really wants people to DO something about this that actually causes "hell to break loose" for the perpertrator. I want for people to find a way to shut down FCUSA, or go to the news or 20/20, or get the Better Business Bureau involved...SOMETHING...so that those who are still waiting and (illogically) hoping can get over the initial shock, learn something about themselves, and move on with their lives. Some kind of monetary retribution would be nice, but that might "un-do" whatever they may have LEARNED about scams like this.

Those most intelligent posts on "scams.com" (yours included, I believe) noted the unfortunate lack of any actual ^illegality^ of the whole thing, which means there is absolutely nothing anyone can DO other than inform those who will listen and or get their frustrations out by "yelling" (using all caps) to a room of other people who share their misfortune. (sigh) It's clear, now, that I can't help my friend with all the logic in the universe. If she doesn't want to listen, I can't stop her!

Thanks again for your well-informed info.

  74. I have reported these people to the Attorney Generals office and consumer affairs. All I was told was that they would check into it and never got back to me. The trouble is that they are touting themselves as an educational website. I have told them about their long time
plan regarding the ARs and taking peoples money. It is a shame that these people have not been stopped. PLEASE EVERYONE GET TOGETHER AFTER THE FUNDING DOES NOT HAPPEN AND CALL THE FBI AND ANY OTHER AUTHORITIES YOU CAN THINK OF. AND PLEASE STOP FALLING FOR THESE SCAMS. IF YOU DO, IT WILL PUT THE CON MEN OUT OF BUSINESS. thank you.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Most people writting on this site seem to be missing one thing... The club (FCUSA) is voluntary. It is a personal choice to join the club, participate, submitt an AR process or even to accept funding. I dont think the club is trying to "sell" anything or promise anything, but trying to complete something that has never been done before. If you would like to be a part of this in some way, do so. If you dont believe in, or want to be a part of the effort then dont be, please do not join as a member or submit an AR process. I dont think that the FBI, attorny general, consumer affairs or the boy scouts care if you want to or not. The education the club has to offer is free on their site right now, or just take a nap.....and comlain some more tomarrow

    ReplyDelete
  76. Oh Boy! Please all of you who dont like FCUSA...please do not join or send any money to them. Spend all your free time bashing and gripeing about the goverment, the banks, big business, haliburton, the IRS and the like. Also waste lots of time calling the FBI as I see several claims to do so on this site. What are you looking for exactly? You seem to want to "Shut them Down" but dont really say what your motivation to do so is. "They have to be Stopped" you say, but stopped from what? Offering a legal way to recover from a fraud that was commited against you... information on how this "system" actually works and operates....health and nutritional information....how to protect yourself and your families assets....? If you are waiting to see if any one gets money (funding) please just wait...stop the bitchin'. If you want easy money with no risk or effort to learn about how it is comming your way, then try standing on a corner with a cup. This process takes commitment, commitment to learn and understand, commitment to move forward, commitment to stop being led by the news, your co-workers, friends, family or the masses of media and to learn rationalize and think for yourself, you know something is wrong,,or not quite right...what is it? Look a little deeper than the surface..with a good attitude, prayer and a desire to know...you will "start" to find out. This change may not be easy, frustration is a tricky feeling to avoid, forget the quick pay-off and take some time to process all you take in...You will feel it...somethings comming.

  77. Well, it appears we have camps here that are on both sides of the fence. I would say to the naysayers that right now wouldn't be a good time to shut down FCUSA. In less than 2 weeks we should be made aware of the progress of the master accounts and LLC setup. There's nothing proprietary about any of that, so we should be kept aware. After that, it just essentially boils down to what spot in line you have. Some have been waiting for years, so what's a couple of weeks? As of yet, there have been no payouts, so I would tell any newbies that this is a high risk venture, and they can make up their mind. The sure bet would be to wait for the bronze program and still collect enough to be comfortable. Do what's comfortable and don't let greed rule you. Joanne loves to dangle the higher "silver" payments and the expensive greedy referrer prizes in front of the newbies to appeal to their sense of greed. For the people on the other side, I would say that Tom has cried "wolf" enough in the past that you shouldn't wonder why people who have paid for a service that has not performed are a little upset. FCUSA has always claimed to fund "soon". They did not market themselves as a "venture" or "investment" of any sort. Nope, funding "soon". So when it doesn't happen, you all come out and attempt to rationalize failure, to the extent of blaming the paying members! This whole thing may or may not be Tom's fault directly, and it sure isn,t the paying members fault. If anything, it is the totally irresponsible marketing strategy, and we all know who the marketing director is. Less than two weeks to red light. Let's try to hold it together at least until then, OK? Just watching.

    ReplyDelete
  78. The red light is cutting on Aug. 8. Funding will not happen that day. They are just ending the silver program and will be all-in to start funding or haul ass.

    ReplyDelete
  79. 1.5 weeks.....Now instead of Funding at "RED LITE" it is....:"after a reasonable amount of time after the red lite comes on, we will begin interim funding" Hmmmm...How long is a "reasonable amount of time" Lots of leway on this one. When does the amount of time become "un-reasonable"? I would say 1 week and some of the first ones in the club-with completed LLC'S should be interim funded .But wait we may have to wait until all 5000 LLC's are completed (possible time buying senerio)That could take a slow-poke who is always sleepy a long time. They could run out of stamps, the computer might be broken, the printer might "jam-up", Wednesday's we leave early....there is a multitude of time delays ready to roll out when asked "When" All may be "reasonable"...to someone....but someone else may see this as border-line "Unrasonable" right from the git-go.I belive they have it put together now and it is going to be an exciting experience.

    ReplyDelete
  80. "It's The Final Countdown" Anyone remember that song? Could this be the final count-down? This Day-Hour-Minute countdown has been done before-several times, and Each time it has come so close to the end, then...by popular demand...an extension. The "time buying" extension has always worked with the club...you want the result so bad...whats a few more days. Here is the question. Are there funds, assets, monies available at the ready so to speak for interim funding? Is it available at the time of "Red lite"? If not, this may be a long, long, Lo-------ng process time for those several thousand LLC's. Why dont the Palatians from Neptune 7 help out a bit? I hear they good administrators, a few zardonium hyper-processors along with a 9 finger keyboard and those could be knocked out in an hour (thier time - which is like 3 minutes our time) I think there are plenty of people though standing by to comlete the task. If you are wanting to be a member--now would be the time.

  82. I just had a feeling that I should research this even before signing up for the newsletter. I started to sign up for the newsletter which is the first thing you have to do. It's a joke, and all the stuff you have to do just for their so called newsletter. Just did not feel right in my heart. Sure, FREE money would be great, but God gave me a desire to serve, and this just ain't it! After reading the many comments above, I appreciate you all and am sorry for those of you who lost money. We have all been there in one way or another.

    ReplyDelete
  83. Can you feel the excitment?---No. Can you feel the energy shift?-----No. Now down to the last day.....but "so what" seems to be the mood. I believe a long drawn out--we are almost there--- is the theme of the day, or week, or month, or many months. But dont worry....funding is "just around the corner".

    ReplyDelete
  84. So can any tell if this big money has come through yet? Please post the winning numbers, oh -this not the lottery?

    ReplyDelete
  85. Your chances of winning the lottery are greater believe it or not! My friend just fell for their lets get more money before the red light goes off. I am giving them one month to send the LLC out then I am going to do everything in my power to stop these cons. But I will need help. Please everyone give them one month then we all need to stop them if they are not all on the moon by then!

    ReplyDelete
  86. When Red light is on...we are funding. That has been said over and over and over again. Now it is we are preparing for funding. Isnt that what they have been doing for years? Preparing for funding. There are no monies to disperse. No AR completed and "cashed" to finance the interm funding, just getting the back office ready. This back office must be the longest building project on record. Is it 100,000 sq ft or something? No. About 1500 sq ft. Getting ready for the Bronze program...who gives a _ _ _ _! Just do the processes you have now please as promised and stated over and over and over again.Sooner or later they will run out of metal programs and start on other materials...The Gold...Siver...Bronze.. Tin... Slag...Wood.... Sand..Paper progam..dirt...and last of all... The Mud program. This interm funding is not comming any time soon. Just lots of the same stuff as before, another meeting, another phone call, another set back, another delay, another new piece of information, another message from the galactics, another prediction, another energy shift, another speciial limited time offer..should I go on?

  87. What amazes me is that a good friend with a good education is hyping this too me. Ti is clearly a pyramid scheme/scam, which I can't believe someone has not reported to the FTC as yet (I might just do this)

What amazes me is that my friend has a very good formal education and has been taken in

    Geesh!!

    ReplyDelete
  88. It is not a pyramid... it is the power of the Trapizoid. Come'on, The FTC? What are they going to do when you call them? "I joined a private club and sent them some membership money". So what. The National Gaurd will not be deployed to combat FCUSA. Your educated friend just may teach you something this time. Please let us all know what the FTC has to say and what they are going to do for you.

    ReplyDelete
  89. The FTC? Dont they deliver flowers or something?

    ReplyDelete
  90. What scares me is asking for your social security number. They had you set up a LLC NOW they are requesting you to complete the application again. WHY??????????? I am scared and I wonder why the FBI hasn't done something yet.

    ReplyDelete
  91. I agree with above. Has anyone reported them to the FBI? I have reported them to the FTC but no one seems to care. Problem is that they are calling themselves an educational club. Is it illegal to ask stupid people for their social security numbers? why would anyone with half a brain give it to them. this is really scary as a family member has done this. I am ready to call FBI in Georgia anyone care to help?

    ReplyDelete
  92. The FBI and GBI checked them out years ago. Don't bother. You need to provide a social security number to set up an LLC. Nobody is forcing you to join the club and it clearly states in the agreement you sign that their work is done on a best efforts basis. If you can't handle risk, move on. End of story. No one's ever succeeded at what they're trying to do and they may never be able to pull it off. C'est la vie.

    ReplyDelete
  93. Wow..social security numbers, big deal. That guy on TV for lifr-lock has his ss number on the side of a big truck. Only if someone did something unlawful with the number would there be an issue for any athorities. The number is required for legal purpose for an LLC creation. As a member you can, or cant(if you dont want to) have a free LLC set up for you. If you would like to do so then the legal required information would have to be provided. Why do so many on this site cry "FBI"? Call them up then, or go see them, they are easy to find. Google it. Somehow these people belive the goverment is going to protect and save them. How ironic, if you have ever visited the FCUSA site then you'll know what I mean. Why dont all you comlainers and 'frady cats go hide in your basement till this all blows over. I'll let you know when it's safe to come out...or better yet, call the FBI.

    ReplyDelete
  94. The Georgia FBI? Oh I hear they play "Hard-ball". Call them up...rat out those bastards....sock it to 'em....FC has not violated any laws that I know of. If I ask you to join my club and it costs a dollar and you do, wheres the crime that you want to report to the police or FBI? Why didnt you warn your own family member of the terrible consequences of joining this club? Dumb relative. Do you have anything to do all day except to gripe about things other people want to do? Please cintact the Georgia FBI today and let them know about your concerns. Their "Go Getter" department will get right on it...y'all.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Oh my goodness....just the same 'ol, were getting ready...things are starting to pop....huh,huh,huh, were going to be really busy...were getting the back office set up...there is more talk and time spent on this "back office" than on the GIANT issuue of --- Has the club completed the process for funding. Have they processed and "cashed out" even 1 AR for interim funding or are they able to cash out any AR's? With the same unenthusiastic retoric..I doubt it. "Red Lite"? It might as well be some sort of diet wine drink, there is nothing new with its comming. The only thing that has changed is that people can no longer join the club...but wait...a New programe is comming... Im sure the club wants to "help" those who couldnt get in or want to now, with a super special "we'll let you send us some money" programe. It's just a few weeks away...after all the fan-fare from this event (red lite) dies down. The LLC's are some how going to drag out for a long-long time....A new exciting programe is what will be needed. "Fasten your seat belt,it's going to be a wild ride."

    ReplyDelete
  96. Tom covers hit butt, that's all there is to it and the only reason this club has never been shut down, I'll say it again, Tom cover his butt!!!

    ReplyDelete
  97. Red light for all these years meant "we are funding", but of course the second red light hits, it just turns into "another" "pre-funding" phase. I feel bad for all the suckers who are wasting their own money to travel to Atlanta to help FCUSA accomplish "nothing"!

    ReplyDelete
  98. It isn't all about money , you learn stuff . Get a grip people , yes it will be nice if there is money in the long run . But do your home work , go to you tube and type in stuff like the treasury department and look at the back of your birth certificate . What do you think that number is there for .

    ReplyDelete
  99. it won't happen over night for one , it's like saying does money grow on trees , the money will be a bonus but do you really think the federal reserve , the fbi or any government party will tell you yes this works . No way because they don't want us getting this knowledge out .

    ReplyDelete
  100. I'm sure you'll be saying the same thing this time next year when they're still "finishing up" the final touches.

    ReplyDelete
  101. Meh, red light. Who cares? Tom lost me about 4 years ago. I still check in from time to time and see that not much has changed. They're working on getting funding, of this I am certain, but a lot of members are pinning their desperate hopes on something that may never happen despite the club's best efforts. This "right around the corner" time frame given week after week, year after year has made it hard for many members to move forward in their lives. That's where I take issue with the club.

    ReplyDelete
  102. We're in the same boat then, I feel the exact same way. I realize what they are trying to accomplish is real, but you're right when you say it is never going to happen. It ticks me off how Tom takes advantage of so many minds with his b.s. rhetoric, he claims to be a man of God, but he is a master scam artist to say the least.

    ReplyDelete
  103. I didn't say it's not going to happen - but given the long track record of "try and fail" again and again, I'm not optimistic. People are looking to Freedom Club to save them in these crazy uncertain times. What if funding happens (if at all) but years from now? How are you going to survive in the short term? People need to strongly prepare in the event of non-funding. Waiting for funding while putting normal life plans on hold is foolish. Stop hanging onto Tom's every word looking for a cryptic sign of imminent funding and save yourself. We all must act as if it's never going to happen and get on with your lives.

    ReplyDelete
  104. It's NEVER going to happen!

    ReplyDelete
  105. Yes it worked for me , who says it didn't work

    ReplyDelete
  106. ^^rrrright! And you'd actually be taking the time to post on this board if this process has already worked for you. Stop trying to stir up sh*t.

    ReplyDelete
  107. I know for a fact that you're lying whoever you are! You're no better a person than Tom is for saying that it worked for you! Get out of your dilusion.

    ReplyDelete
  108. Not a penny has been paid to anyone except Tom and his dirty crew!

    ReplyDelete
  109. They've not funded yet. I know people who are close to the founders and they actually do have integrity. Their sincere goal is to get funding to their members and beyond and not just line their own pockets. So just drop that line of thought - it's not true. It's just their marketing methods that are questionable.

    ReplyDelete
  110. Yes. There are some of us here that believe. There are great and good people involved in this exciting endevor. The hype needs to be discarded and straight talk truth needs to replace it. The process is not complete. We all know this now. The red lite has been a compulsion to please and qwell unrest, However this would not have been nessasary had we not all been subjected to a constant stream of inuendos and some level of deception as to the ACTUAL status of the process. Just around the corner..one or two more steps...just a few more weeks...and on and on. The truth is, and has been that this is very complicated, we may likley not know the last step till it is taken. This aproach may have worked better than what has been "put out there" for month after month, year after year. This personal desire to please the members and say what is thought that they want to hear has failed miserably. Now with no out available, only a sad attempt to "carry on a usual" is taking place, but it is painfully obvious that nothing has changed, no great break through has occured, yet trying to make it so though a "fake' red lite is no going nowhere...Fast. Already talk of the new get ready programe is commingv forth. We are not stupid and lame sheep. We are educated individuals who believe this is possible. Please...show US some respect. Tell it like it is...we can handle it. This phoney red lite game is over. We will wait and suport and be ready for the "real Red Light". May it come soon to all who believe. I believe and you and many others here may also. Lets go forward with positive strenght rather than this uncomfortable catastrophy of "lets turn on the red lite and hope that it makes everyone happy" situation we have had thrown upon us. -S-1

    ReplyDelete
  111. Right, well like stated before, you won't ever see a dime! Get over it and move on!

    ReplyDelete
  112. I can't believe some of the things posted on here. Anyone that's paid for a dream, sorry to bust your bubble but your dream will turn into a nightmare if you don't cut your ties with this nonsense. $3000 per dream, remember the saying, "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is", let's use our brains people the website itself says scam all over it, it's such a crock of shi!

    ReplyDelete
  113. What all the members of FCUSA should do, is start a "movement" against Tom! Everyone knows his address, we should all plan a time to meet in front of his home and demand our money be refunded. Tom won't have a chance to think up the most redundant excuses then!

    ReplyDelete
  114. "I love all of these brave souls"

    ReplyDelete
  115. Anyone who sticks up for this club has some real nerve and a lot of learning to do. Until funding actually happens, (which it won't) you all look like absolute fools sticking up for this nonsense. It's plain and clear knowledge, if you cover your ass, you can say whatever the hell you want, they're called disclaimers people! Thousands in return for millions, c'mon people, how desperate and gullible have we as a human species become?!!

    ReplyDelete
  116. My wife bought into this last year behind my back because she didn't understand this very simple concept:

When someone defending the club tells you they have relationships with various govt and financial agencies and entities blah blah blah....tell them to prove it! Who are these agencies, what documentation do they have, ask for names and phone numbers and verify everything. NO ONE has done this, because if they did they wouldn't be defending the club for very long. I had to do this to convince my wife that she bought a nice, comfy story (with my money) and that this whole thing is a fraud.

Next time some idiot comes along thinking they have the answers, demand they go out, make phone calls and send emails to prove it. You'll never hear from them again.

    ReplyDelete
  117. The money's comming. I just know it. I need it badley and I cant see them not being truthful about this. I really want to do more AR's so I will have even more money when they fund. Each week they are closer and it has to be soon or they wouldnt say so. (SEPTEMBER FOOLS)

    ReplyDelete
  118. what I can't figure out is why people keep complaining about this club and how they were ripped off and they won't do anything about it , if you were ripped off and you can prove it go to the FBI , or talk to the federal reserve and tell them that the freedom club is telling people that freedom club is making promises that they will get money . Someone will listen if this is all fraud . If you have already talked to them then someones getting either getting paid off on the inside or something not right

    ReplyDelete
  119. OK. What is the number for the Feeral reseve? Do you have it handy? How could a private bank do anything about freedom club's agenda? They are not a investigative or law enforcement agency. Also no legal issues have been crossed by freedom club, they are just "trying' to get this done. If you would like to suport them by joining as a member then rock on, No gaurantee has been made, just a big "I hope so". Im promising you money "sometime" now go call the federal reserve.

    ReplyDelete
  120. from what I have read people have complained and reported the company but its weird nothing is done , if its a scam and people are saying it is then why isn't the government looking out for our best interests and doing something against fraud artists or scam artists like this tom person

    ReplyDelete
  121. People, let me make this as easy as possible for you all to understand. Tom uses disclaimers and therefore he covers his ass, that is why no penal action has been taken, he covers his ass!

    ReplyDelete
  122. Call the police now Dude....Again, it's a PRIVATE CLUB dont join if you dont want to. Go join a gay porn site or save the walruses site. As a private site member the club can ask you to do anything, if you chose not to say ..no thank you. Uh, thats not a scam. Call the Army and see what they have to say. Maybe they will look after your "best interests"

    ReplyDelete
  123. LOL the last post was funny , but true !!!! Every person has a choice and there not being forced to stay in the group , or join the group . What I read they don't promise anything .

    ReplyDelete
  124. Funding..Funding..Funding.... "I didnt say anything about funding" Oh boy, now its red lite...red lite...red lite... "I never said what red lite means exactly" Its a verbale mind game here. Soon. Things are Poppin'. Just around the corner. Green lite. Yellow Lite. There was at one time even an Orange lite. What the heck was that? Now the "slippery" Red lite. What does it mean? It means its now time to come up with a new diversion.....as soon as the Red lite is "beat to death" by the club. Remember the software deal? Becoming an official agency? The permission from the families? All were the last thing needed to make funding happen. Then abandoned for a new diversion after they talked the subject to death...just like this one--The red lite--We turned on the red lite..but nothings new here. (Sign in the Lobby)

    ReplyDelete
  125. Okay Tom, apparently you defied all of us "naysayers", that you accomplished your mission, and then you said something along the lines of "here we come". Well we're still here waiting for you to produce something, and please stop trying to sell you're product in the analogy of a "dream" it makes the scam artist in you shine ever so brightly!

    ReplyDelete
  126. So for 3 grand, not only do I get close to a million dollars in return, but I also get an all expense paid vacation! Nothing sounds fraudulent about that!

    ReplyDelete
  127. I'll never forget the greatest excuse Tom came up with, "The Money Families", right when that came out I knew this whole thing was a bull shit scam!

    ReplyDelete
  128. has anyone ever met tom in person ?

    ReplyDelete
  129. If I did He would have my foot up his Ass or his third limb will be hanging on his car antenna..

    ReplyDelete
  130. Such victims - he didn't force you at gunpoint to pay him $3000.00. You supposedly did your due diligence on the club and decided it was a worthwhile (risk) investment. And guess what, it probably didn't work out. Nobody took you so stop complaining. You signed the agreement, the one that said, everything is done on a "best efforts basis". If you're not happy, cut your losses and move on. It's ridiculous what people write here and on other boards.

    ReplyDelete
  131. don't you realize that there are such gullible desperate people out there these days that this is such a great appeal to them? all con men know how to get through to these weak souls. Tom is like acult leader who knows how to brainwash poor weak minded people. What he is doing is a crime. If he doesn't pay for this during this lifetime he certainly will in the next as we all know he is a firm believer in this area.

    ReplyDelete
  132. Wow what a bunch of drama queens! All of you naysayers obviously haven't been around the club for very long. Those that have, know this is a done deal. How long would it take any of you to organize and process thousands of members? Either be patient or let it go, just stop whining and complaining.

    ReplyDelete
  133. C'mon..the Zaldanians and the Plutoraians all say it is done too....I think they are helping in the back office doing the paperwork processing, I also hear they are great Yatzee players and cant be beat.

    ReplyDelete
  134. We'll see in a year from now if it's a done deal. Then what are you going to say, there still processing everyone's information in the back room?

    ReplyDelete
  135. correction: I meant to say they're.

    ReplyDelete
  136. There seems to be some type of "Color Madness" going on at FCUSA. On Monday nights call Tom says "Funding will occur when we give you the Green Thumbs Up". The red lite's out the window and gardening terms are now in. I think they maybe have Pink eye at the office or they are all color blind. I am now blue-er than blue. Lets do some more...please submit your "color analagies"

    ReplyDelete
  137. Who knows if this thing is going to fund - if it does though, how the hell am I supposed to manage it? They tell us that the money may be taxable. If I go to an accountant for help he/she's going to freak out. FCUSA is offering no guidance with respect to this. One of the things they should be doing is finding accounting professionals who can help members with this. I think going to the local accountant or even the big guys is going to create some headaches for members. Especially since most members don't have a pot to piss in and then suddenly become wealthy with multi-millions of dollars. Seems mighty suspicious. This situation is what scares me about funding. I probably won't have to worry about since funding has still not happened and Joanne still uses the word "try" when discussing the process leading up to funding.

    ReplyDelete
  138. Accountants aren't involved because they know it's a scam.

    ReplyDelete
  139. I believe most memberes will soon be "seeing Red". Lots of talk, but mostly about when they are going to open up the bronze program. Here is the ultimate question... If you submitt info for the LLC...when will it(the LLC) have a deposit made into it by fcusa? This question is so simple, yet, it is never broched, addressed, brought up, discussed, mention, defined, commented on, pondered upon or answered. Unbelievable. I hear the club is "going green" though. Which I believe means they are heading for the jungles of South America.

    ReplyDelete
  140. RED LIGHT MEANS ....... Stop thinking about it because its never going to happen , promises , promises , promises . If people do receive there funding is the day that will be the biggest shocker . Waiting as we shall as see what happens

    ReplyDelete
  141. Why do you think FCUSA has gone through so many vendors?

    ReplyDelete
  142. Because it doesn't take long for the vendors to catch on to the fact that it's a scam, and then Tom tries to place the blame on them like they did something wrong. That's how it's been since the beginning of this crap!

  143. Bronze...bronze...bronze....bronze...bronze..That is all that is said on the calls now. Bronze...here comes the bronze....sign up for the bronze.... let me tell you about the bronze...oh I cant tell you about it, but...here comes the bronze.....If you didnt get in on the gold or the silver...then get in line for the bronze.... You know what? Bite the big one bronze.

  144. You ever notice how so many of the people who ask questions, (not all) seem to be somewhat incompetent? Now that's a key tool for a scam artist, prey on the weak minded, Tom knows he can conjure up 3 grand out of them, even if it takes them 6 months of their social security, or disability and what not. This is purely a scam for the weak minded, uneducated vulnerable minds that Tom seeks. Anyone who asks him an intelligent question, he cuts them off or shuns them as though they are defying the "great leader", he treats his club like it's North Korea, get it people? North Koreans haven't even been taught that man landed on the moon!

  145. Pretty soon.... A couple more weeks and we should be caught up.....Things are zipping along nicly....Hold on....Watch out, here we come.....as soon as --this....as soon as --that.....C'mon really? They should write the book... "Time buying Statements for dummies"

  146. It's a scam people, don't waste your money!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  147. I think they have it this time. It's a go. Were in the money. Think positive and believe.

    ReplyDelete
  148. It would be easy to think positive and believe if it weren't a scam.

    ReplyDelete
  149. Stay positive! We all have been scammed by our so called "govt". UCC is an extremely detailed process and takes time to happen! If they were doing something illegal the govt and IRS would shut them down! Stay positive and have a little faith! We have a complicated tax law in the US. As for what to do when you get the money- If they tax it, file an AR! You should seek the advice of a licensed CPA/accountant!

    ReplyDelete
  150. not too mention- the banks have been screwing us for years! the ones that ar complaining probably have not done their research to master the UCC and learn the system to realize just how complicated the system is! It is not immediate!

    ReplyDelete
  151. What does red light mean?

    We are funding!

    ReplyDelete
  152. Filing an AR on tax payments just creates another tax liability. It's a dumb idea. Seems greedy too - gold members and even silver members are getting more than enough money. Seeking the advice of a licensed CPA/Accountant is a potentially serious issue - most are not on board with this and they are not bound to silence as with lawyers are with the attorney/client privilege. I doubt most of them will be of help to us - finding the few and far between who know what they're doing and can take on many thousands of people is what's the issue here.

    ReplyDelete
  153. Accountants and lawyers aren't involved with FCUSA because they know it's a scam right when they hear how Tom covers his ass with his disclaimers.
Until you get even a dollar in return, I would suggest not sticking up for this "club" it makes you look foolish considering some of us have put up with Tom for years before, It's a scam, pure and simple!

    ReplyDelete
  154. Hey

As for asset protection- Try Robet Bluhm at http://www.myassetprotectionpro.com/. I personally listened to him and he had some tremendous ideas on aset structuring and protection! I will forward to Tom also and maybe we can get a group discount once we begin funding.

    ReplyDelete
  155. If we fund, we won't need a discount.

    ReplyDelete
  156. that is very true- you still want to make wise decisions with your money! Dont want anyone being a statistic- like lottery winners, that end up broke within 5-6 years of recieving money!

    ReplyDelete
  157. Accountants and lawyers are part of the system and therefore they are a huge part of the scam in the system we have today! Of course they dont want the truth to come out because it will hurt their bottom line and their business! Your attorney does NOT represent you- he has an allegiance to the courts- not your best interest!

Wake up America before someone else wakes up in the land our founding fathers founded!

    ReplyDelete
  158. "I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property - until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered."
    ~Thomas Jefferson 1802

    ReplyDelete
  159. Testing, testing, 1.2.3. I believe we will hear a lot of that. I remember the Penny test. This is just like that with the new back-end system, only it's a GIANT SUPER SIZED PENNY. (which will require a great amount and long drawn out testing process)Go testing process.

    ReplyDelete
  160. IMO ~ FCUSA fits the model; "the more things change, the more they remain the same"
FCUSA still contends FCUSA is above the banks - unsubstantiated
FCUSA still claims to be an alliance with the US Treasury or as a known Government agency - unknown if or what connection FCUSA has and unsubstantiated

The fly in the ointment is proof or validation of the adminstrative remedy/debt redemption award holds water -

The US Treasury-Financial Management Service states; Federal law authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to offset Federal payments to collect debts owed to the United States and certain state obligations only such as child support and state taxes. [ Federal payments cannot be offset to collect debt between private parties ] in other words civil judgments would not be applicable. Even if they were, as stated the US Treasury would need to "collect" the judgment award.

  161. Whatever you say, let me know when you get a buck from FCUSA. You sound like an absolute fool letting on with your rhetoric tripe. Lawyers and accountants are in no way, shape, or form part of the big "conspiracy",
you need to get a better education.

    ReplyDelete
  162. Oh yea- you are a fool if you think attorneys are there to help you! Keep thinking that! You obviously have not researched the US bankruptcy and etc. You need to wake up! No ONE is making you be a member of FCUSA! If you dont like them then dont join! no ones holding a gun to your head telling you have to be a part of the group! If you want to choose to be ignorant and believe anything and everything the govt and the media say, go ahead! If you want to continue to believe that the attorney is yo ally- good luck with that! You are the one in for a real shock and surprise!

    ReplyDelete

  164. Whoa. Take it easy. Just say what you came to say please and leave out the exclamations. This is a venting site, an opinion site, a statement site and even some light humor and poking fun site. But lets please leave the anger out. Frustration can be tough, but stay calm, something good is sure to hapen soon.(well maybe)

    ReplyDelete
  165. Whatever you say! Like i said- No one is making you be part of the Club! The club would actually be better off without your negative attitude! Anyone who cant see the fraud is about as ignorant and dumb as they come! And yes, attorneys are NOT your ally- DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH before you come back on here- you obviously dont have a clue what you are talking about! Oh, and by the way- dont bother to join FCUSA- they dont need your nasty, negative attitude in the club. I have no further comments for your ignorance! Have a Great life!

    ReplyDelete
  166. Alright big mouth, this my last comment towards your ignorance.

Whatever you say, let me know when you get a buck from FCUSA. You sound like an absolute fool letting on with your rhetoric tripe. Lawyers and accountants are in no way, shape, or form part of the big "conspiracy",

  167. Wow, so un-cool. Ignorance, dumb, nasty negative attitude? Chill it dude.... you've drank to much of the "kool-aid" in one sitting.

    ReplyDelete
  168. To the message three above:

Yes, I whole heartedly believe that you do indeed need a better education.

    ReplyDelete
  169. Control your anger brother, we all know down right that FCUSA is a scam, now you gonna start calling me names too? If so you better be prepared for the next year to be absolute agony, waiting on something that ain't gonna happen, and that's how long it's gonna take you to understand that this here ain't nothing but an outright scam! Love, Anonymous!

    ReplyDelete
  170. Wow Anonymous, you are so stupid!!!

    ReplyDelete
  171. decided to see if there was any updates and nope people still outraged and upset , is it really going to help . Whether its a scam or not people that are apart of the club that feel they got scammed should stick together and not attack each other . Fighting each other won't make it better

  172. Bought into this nonsense in July, now I'm getting frustrated and wish I would've seen all of these post before purchasing an AR.
    Angry Member

    ReplyDelete
  173. July and already frustrated? Get back to us here July 2013 and you'll have put in your "dues". Of corse by then you will have been on the up and down and all-around ride many here have been on, then you will know true frustration. Hang on---were almost there. (again)

    ReplyDelete
  174. Oh my goodness. What is going on at FCUSA? 1 answer. NOTHING. You can just hear the nothingness in their voice on the calls. Just acting --unconvincingly- like there is something going on. The red lite meant nothing as far as any acomplihment. It's sad. There is no confidence with many members to keep listening. Old worn out Retoric is all that is left. What now? Nothing.

    ReplyDelete
  175. what is the latest all about in becoming souvrein s.p. and giving the club your birth certificate? any comments?

    ReplyDelete
  176. Years back from the very inception of FCUSA, a Sovereign State was the premise the club was to be chartered as. FCUSA is regurgitating their position, as a Sovereign State. This maybe the means FCUSA is alluding to as pre-paying the taxes as a member of a sovereign entity. just speculating – if this is the latest discovery by the FCUSA “research team “

    ReplyDelete
  177. Such a load of b.s., Tom's buying more time. If he didn't know what the hell to expect at this point, then he surely has led people on a wild goose chase. FCUSA is the biggest scam since the inception of the Federal Reserve.

    ReplyDelete
  178. if it does happen it won't happen over night , but we all shouldn't be at each other fighting over something that will or will not happen . Fighting won't make anyone feel better . Were all in this together either for the good or the bad

  179. Funding? What funding? You tell yourself when funding will hapen. What the h-e double hockey sticks. Do you have the process completed? The answer is obviously No....When is interum funding? huh? whaaat? This is rediculous. Red lite means nothing at all, nothing new, nothing acomplished, no funding.Sumer has gone.. then fall will pass, winter will come and go...and still nothing will have happened with funding. Please check back after winter of 2011-2012. Then we can start all-over.

    ReplyDelete
  180. People please. Asking questions about the free LLC on the calls is pointless. It's a ruse. What kind of LLC, who has to report, owner of the LLC, benifit of the LLC, single member, partnership, WHO CARES! The funding is the issue here. There is no new anything regarding funding. With no funding then the LLC issue is mute. Also bonus buddy questions, there is no funding so bonus buddy issues are pointless. Some time everyone will catch on to this. Keep all questions and concerns to the funding status and progress. The calls will inevetably be so much shorter I'm sure.

    ReplyDelete
  181. Previous poster... the LLC issue is moot? or the LLC issue can't talk and therefore is mute?

I apologize but just had to break this up a bit.

    ReplyDelete
  182. Just found out I'm getting my funding very soon, very very soon!

    ReplyDelete
  183. You're so full of crap it's not even funny!

    ReplyDelete
  184. You mean that I'm so full of crap that I've already received a portion of my funds huh?

    ReplyDelete
  185. No, I mean you're so full of crap that I(we) know you're full of sh!t!!

    ReplyDelete
  186. Think what you want...

    ReplyDelete
  187. I will think what I want, because I along with everyone else on this forum knows you're full of it!

    ReplyDelete
  188. No one has recived any funding, only commission on bringing newbies in to the club and a commish on money they have sent the club. If someone has recived funding, sure show some facts on that. Pure fiction. Very soon? The club has been saying that for 5+ years. See ya soon.

    ReplyDelete
  189. Whatever you say pal!

    ReplyDelete
  190. What does that mean? Show your proof, and Im wrong. No proof? Vague claims with no merit is all you have. There is no funding. Someday soon is all you have. Well someday anyway--the soon part is questionable.

    ReplyDelete
  191. FCUSA claims to have their own proprietary spin on the admistrative remedy, remains to be seen when and if FCUSA submits it for redemption and may still fall in the same category- http://hennepin.timberlakepublishing.com/article.asp?article=1148

    ReplyDelete
  192. Uhhhh...they claim a lot of things. Like: Funding is just around the corner. The Galactics are helping out a bit. That things are zippin along. That the back office is comming along nicely. That interum funding is almost ready. That they have 2 security clearances (woo-hoo) I dont know why, but they say (woo-hoo) everytime they mention their security clearance(es). That the IRS is going away. That the Federal Reserve is going away. That there is an Energy shift (every so often and they want to know if you felt it.) That Don Corleone and the other heads of the 5 families have to aprove of their process (or something like that) And once again, the never ending claim, that funding is "just around the corner'

  193. Dude this is worse the then being decieved by the Devil. I cant wait for ww3 and obama along with the pope in hell for ever. As for me I'll prolly be there also, as i am a sinner who fell short. But miricles happen. Someone should tell him he's putting off energy that hurts ppl. Ask him how close we are to judgement. Fuck nigglets hell follows heaven. Maybe we tell them them we'll donate portions of the funds to mexico's children. Devils tactic =confusion. Anyway I'm on my way down to hell you wAnt me to bring you something back? Hell isn't free so send some denero. I sin but no mark.

  195. Why did somebody have to bring religion into this? Not appropriate!

    ReplyDelete
  196. What the hell is going on? Why open the bronze program now, they haven't proved a dam thing! No one has received funding or have they(excluding Tom, Judi and Joanne)?
Tom says one thing and means something completely different. If you ask him the day of the week, Tom will tell you the month of the year. This is sooooooooooooo STRESSFUL!

    ReplyDelete
  197. WOW, to bad teerroristos didn't join this club. I'm pissed.

    ReplyDelete
  198. Stop stressing and just forget about it. You're better off cutting your losses, and accepting the fact that FCUSA is a scam. You will never see a single dollar, other than in the form of a commission. It's that simple.

    ReplyDelete
  199. As for the peudo-FCUSA member that went on so rampantly about lawyers and accountants being part of the overall "conspiracy", that us normal Americans are just too incompetent to understand. Let's hear it, where's your funding???
